Isabel is an 800 hr certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She is a facilitator for The Biodynamic BreathWork Trauma Release System / BBTRS® Practitioner of Energy Balancing and a Myofascia Energetic Release Bodyworker. She practices and teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini yoga, Restorative yoga, the Kalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, Qi Gong, and various types of meditation with the intention to support the path of self transformation for all, focusing on reconnecting the heart, body, and soul to create an harmony that will positively affect your physical well being, work, relationships, and quality of life.
